Lotsa Lobster in Sarasota

This place is awesome. Went there New Year's Eve and apparently it's their busiest day. There was a big line of people and in order to accommodate those people they had a keg for waiting customers. We got stone crabs from there and they were awesome.

This is Deb and Paul Macchi. We can’t say enough good things about Lotsa Lobster. There seafood is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is outstanding. We had a little issue this past Christmas Eve, and the owner went over and above to make it up to us.... too far in our opinion! Three months later we went to buy clams and she did not charge us for our order! Thanks for being one of the few businesses left that have good customer service---in this case, superior customer service. Amazing.

A young man named Ethan sold my on the coconut cream pie. Best I've ever had. Crab cakes are great too

Absolutely the best stuffed quahogs we have ever had......unbelievably good.....better than Maine or Cape Cod...we had the chance to try their homemade clam chowder today and it is amazing...we've been customers since they opened...fish is so fresh and of course that's our go to for lobsters...we are still raving about the quahogs...just amazing

Expensive compared to Boston, but great red snapper for $20/lb. Worth the price here in Sarasota.

Got four lobsters for a special birthday. Had them steamed and they were absolutely fantastic. Also for the weight of the lobsters we got I thought the price was extremely reasonable. Thanks for making a great birthday celebration!

Being from New England and missing the seafood this is definitely the place for a variety of seafood at it's best.

I've placed special orders large order they are always making things happen for me! There prices are more then fair this is coming from a New Yorkers where everything is expensive. I am a repeat customer and I live in Port Charlotte and it is worth the 38 miles Thank You Guys!

No one flies in fresh seafood daily, that's a sales pitch. You know how $$$ that would be? Yes VERY! They buy from a local supplier like all the seafood places do. This place was way overpriced. Plus it smelled so bad I had to leave. Just nasty! I keep going back to the grocery store. I have no need to overpay for seafood in Florida that is not from Florida.

Went to pick up 2 lobsters for Valentine's Day and they were busy but were getting everyone in and out in record time. All while answering questions and giving awesome service. Lobsters were amazing and I will be going there regularly, not just for special occasions.

By far the best customer service of any seafood market in Sarasota. If you're looking for haddock only place I know to find it in the area. Clam Chowda is a must!!! Let's not forget top split rolls you can grill on both sides make the "Authentic Lobsta Roll"

Great place for lobster! Ordered 2 1.5 lobsters steamed. It was ready and the service was great.

It's a pretty nice place it's a seafood market nice selection of fish shrimp and a lot of lobster they will steam your order to. lobsters were a bit pricey but it always is no matter where you go. also pretty good selection of frozen seafood. The shrimp that I purchased was great I will return for more staff was very helpful. now my go to seafood market

Since this fresh fish is local don't see why it is so high priced. I feel it should be more reasonable priced but all is just as expensive. Bought some the other day and it was fishy smelling which indicates they have had it for awhile, if it were cheaper they would sell more. Too bad they don't sell cheaper and sell the heck out of the fish.
